GIVE BLOOD on JULY 8
Give the Gift of LIFE
July 8 from 3:00 - 8:00 pm at Belle Aire.
Every minute of every day, someone needs blood. That blood can only come from a volunteer donor, a person like you who makes the choice to donate. There is no substitute for your donation.
When you make a blood donation, you join a very select group. Currently only 3 out of every 100 people in America donate blood.
From its beginning, the American Red Cross has formed a community of
service, of generous, strong and decent people bound by beliefs beyond
themselves. The American Red Cross blood donor embodies this
principle. Please join us in our mission to maintain a safe and stable
blood supply by making your appointment to donate blood today.

The story takes place about 80 years ago in a small community where folks were simple and times were hard. Billy Brown is a teenage boy who seems a bit slow, yet his heart and his spirit is mighty toward God.
A new preacher comes to the valley and quickly befriends Billy and as he gets to know him, he discovers that Billy is carrying a dark secret that has created fear in his life: fear of the river and even of the rain.
